Return & Cancellation Policy

 We would hate to leave an unpleasant experience for our customers. However, we commit to turn it around in the best possible way. As a result, below is our Return and Cancellation Policy for a seamless experience :

Returns:

All return requests to be placed using any one of the following options within 7 days from the date of delivery:

Refund for the returned orders will be processed through the same medium by which the payment was made while placing the order.

In case of COD payment, customer is required to provide the bank account details in the return request communication. The refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided.

The refund amount for all returns shall not include the shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order.

Return of product can be accepted under the below mentioned circumstances:

  • If the product delivered is found to be in damaged condition after opening the parcel.
  • If the size and fit is not as per your expectations.
  • If you have received a wrong product.

For all return requests, please make sure that product tags/ accessories are intact and the product is unused and unwashed. 

Once we receive the product back, the above points will be assessed and the return will be processed. On successful processing of your return you will receive an email notification on your registered email id post which the refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.

Cancellation:

All cancellation requests to be placed using any one of the following options within 24 hours of placing the order:

The refund for such cancellations will be credited within 7 working days.
